It’s almost Christmas 2023.. the most favorite time of the year aside from the 4th of July. All Latinos start to prepare for the grand night of family reunion. Reminiscing in moments past and making memories for years to come. As adults we get lost in the why .. what matters the most is family on both sides.. making memories with the kids.. and watching them smile and laugh because it’s a night to remember. Who can rob them of that? My precious little ones I love you to the moon and back.. to my beloved .. thank you for making new chapters with us and enjoying each others family. I thank my family for always being there and always with arms open to love us. To my folks … I love you forever and I like you for always as long as your living my heart you’ll be. Merry Christmas my dear loved ones my close friends and brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Today was a delight. We started the day off with chapel as a family and then headed back home with nothing planned. My husband decided for us to head to the beach. I was more in the mood for being a bum on the couch than the beach, however, he convinced me it would be fun. I had to change my way of thinking because at that moment my attitude was more of … “ it better not be cold, I’m tired”.. i set that aside and just said “yes, let’s go.” How can I put his excitement to the side?so I met his energy on going for an adventure. The funny thing is .. it wasn’t sunny .. it was very gloomy like I knew it would be.. cold breeze and I was tired. Then I realized my family didn’t care .. the kids were happy, my husband was content … how could I stop that? And then I was able to just enjoy the day with them. Watching my kids grow and play.,. Exploring, living for the day.. and my husband don’t his duty as a hunter and getting some fish for dinner. I just sat there and listened to the peacefulness of the ocean. I loved it.. thank you Lord for today for my family for each moment together. Thank you for this October Sunday
